AUSTIN, Texas — A Buda man is facing charges after allegedly trying to resell a human skull online.
According to the Kyle Police Department, the department received a report that 24-year-old Sean Shymkiw was reselling an alleged human skull on social media, claiming to have bought it from an online seller.
Shymkiw was subsequently charged with purchase or sale of human organs. He was later released on a $5,000 bond.
Kyle police say the case is still under investigation.
