As the baby ridge of high pressure overhead breaks down moisture will build into south Texas.
The result will be pop up showers and storms starting Monday, and continuing through next weekend.
By the middle of the next week we should dry out a bit more with rain chances out of the forecast.
Daytime highs will remain in the upper 80s and lower 90s through the end of the forecast.
